About Me
I am Anna Neuman LMT, and I love my work.
My work combines pure relaxation with precision deep tissue work to relax the entire body and release specific tensions. My practice spans injury recovery, pre- and post-natal massage, and stress management massage.
I graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2009. Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, I studied and worked in science: I received a BA in biology from Oberlin College in 2003 and then worked in a research lab. My love of anatomy and being able to see the immediate results of my work led me to a career in massage therapy.
After having my two children, my own journey into self-care has strengthened my resolve to bring this important part of wellness to others. Join me in enjoying life and letting go of stress, get a massage!
Testimonials
Not only is Anna a skilled massage therapist, but she really listens and is in tune with what I am needing on a particular day. I have found her to be equally adept at giving a relaxing stress-reducing massage that leaves me feeling like jello (in a good way) as she is at giving a therapeutic massage targeting specific problem areas. (I credit her with getting me through marathon training last spring.) The fact that I don’t have to find a babysitter is the icing on the cake. There are plenty of toys to keep my toddler occupied so I can zone out and fully enjoy my massage. Anna’s home massage set-up is immaculate, inviting, and practical for parents.
